  • Is this a hotel takeover? Yes, Zebra Parties are full hotel takeovers.

  • Is this limited to certain lifestyle dynamins? NO! Everyone is encouraged to attend & play. Hotwife couples, full swap couples, select single men and women.

  • Are there Theme Nights? Yes, see event specific information for the theme details.

  • What are the party hours? Evening parties are normally from 8p.m. - 3a.m.

  • What is the closest airport to the hotel? Dayton (DAY) is closest but some participants also fly into Columbus or Cincinnati

  • Does the entry fee include my hotel room? No, rooms must be booked through the hotel by using the link provided or calling the front desk.

  • Where is the party located? Dayton, Ohio at the Quality Inn -Dayton Airport, 10 Rockridge Rd, Englewood Ohio

  • Can I bring my own alcohol? Yes, but outside alcohol may not be brought into the bar area.

  • Is there parking at the event? Yes, self-parking is available at the hotel. Please use parking spaces & DO NOT park in the drop off area.

  • Is smoking or vaping allowed? Smoking & vaping are only allowed in the designated smoking areas out side the hotel. None inside the building.

  • Do you offer play areas? Yes, playrooms are located on the main floor (follow the signs) & play areas are available in the main party room.

  • Is there a pool? Yes there is a pool on the 1st floor. It is clothing optional in the pool area only.

  • Is food provided? We offer food at the beginning of the Saturday evening party and the hotel does include free breakfast for those staying at the hotel.

Event Rules

1. You must obtain consent EVERY time you interact with a play partner. NO MEANS NO.
a. Never assume it is OK to touch without asking!
2. Clothing must be worn at the front desk/lobby area, 1st floor hallways, smoking areas & parking lots.
a. PG-13 tops, bottoms & shoes are required.
3. No nudity or sex in ANY public space.
4. No pics without express permission of ALL people in the pic/video.
5. Respect each other and leave the drama at home.
6. Bring/use your own condoms & lube.
7. Pick up your condoms & trash both inside and outside including cups, bottles, & cigarette/cigar butts outside.
8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
9. Wristbands are required, at all times, for anyone on the property.
10. Any food or other deliveries to the hotel must be to the front desk.
a. Outside vendors are NOT allowed in the hotel party space.
11. DO NOT ACT INAPPROPRIATELY WITH HOTEL STAFF/MGMT OR BARTENDER
